This beloved downtown festival gathers community members of all ages will gather to enjoy a fun-filled family day while raising money for Central Park School for Children, a project-based learning, nonprofit charter school. My role was Festival Director, and I oversaw and managed all aspects of festival planning and operations including identifying and coordinating vendors, public relations, budgeting and committee supervision. Under my management, the CPSC board reported an estimated 8,000 attendees, a 60% increase from the previous year, and historically high revenues from the one-day event.
